Egret Cove is a community of single-family villas located within the gated, golf course community of Olde Cypress. With homes built between 2001 and 2002, the residences start at 2,000 square feet and go upwards of 3,000 square feet in size. The detached villas each include two to four bedrooms plus a den. The 18 homes also offer views of the golf course, nature preserves and lakes. Each villa includes a screened-in lanai, as well as a private swimming pool.
